HY-IV Series High-Efficient Retarding Cement Accelerator
With the rapid development of highways, slow setting cements of setting time more than six hours are urgently needed in large quantities. Conventional cement production using gypsum as retarding material is difficult to achieve the above technical requirement. To meet the needs of slow setting cement for highway construction, Hongyi Technology developed the HY-IV series highly efficient retarding accelerator and completely solved the technical problem of slow setting. The product was appraised by experts being initiative without any side effects, and achieved the domestic advanced level in retarding and enhancing aspects, having a national invention patent certificate. The cement plants along the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway used the products and obtained better technical and economic effects.
I.Use Results
1. Delaying the setting time: In the equal circumstances, the product can delay setting time of 2 to 6 hours or longer, when 0.2-0.6 % of product is added.
2. Improving the strength of cement: In the same circumstances, cement compressive strength at 3 days and at 28 days can be increased by 20% and 10%.
3. Raising content of blended materials and reducing the cost of cement: In the same circumstances, the product can raise the content of blended materials by more than 15 %; the cost per ton of cement can reduce by 10 CNY or more.
II. Use Method
1. Dosage:0.2-0.6% of cement mass.
2. Increasing appropriately gypsum content, which shall not greater than the SO3 content set by the national cement standard.
