Type HXD-I antifreezing pumping aid consists of superplasticizers, an air entrainer and antifreezing compounds. Major performance indices of the product can meet the requirements of Chinese JC473-2001 standard, adapting to constructions at -5 °C ~ -10 °C.
I,Dosage recommended and Strength grade of concrete applicable
1.Dosage recommended: 3.0-5 .0% (based on cementitious materials used in concrete);
2. Applicable concrete grade: C20 ~ C50.
II,Main characteristics
1.Water reduction rate: with the same slump as compared to the reference concrete, the water reduction rate achieves 18-22%;
2. Pumping performance: Significantly pumpable; Under the same water-cement ratio as compared with the reference concrete the slump for the concrete with HXD-I antifreezing pumping aid has a net increase of 100 mm, and slump loss after one hour <15%;
3. Antifreezing performance: Specified temperature -5 °C; According to GB50119-2003 application technology specification for concrete admixtures, the minimum applicable temperature is -10 ~ -5 °C;
4. Workability: The product has a function of improving workability, water retention and bleeding for fresh concrete;
5. No chlorine and low-alkali, rusty steel bars will not appear.
