HY-II high-efficient setting-controlling accelerators are specially processed from a variety of raw materials. In cement production it can replace gypsum, regulate the setting time of cement, at the same time playing a role of assisting grinding, enhancing cement strength, stimulating activity, improving performance, and so forth.
I. Dosage Recommended
2.2-2.8 % of cement mass
II. Scope of Application
1. Applicable to cement production for all kinds of cement enterprises and cement grinding stations.
2. Applicable to a variety of Portland cements at different strength grades in line with the common Portland cement standard.
III. Main Characteristics of the Product
1. The product can completely replace gypsum in the process of cement production for adjusting the setting time of cement to make the cement comply with national standards.
2. Reducing process links: The use of the product eliminates links of gypsum crushing and additional equipment for grinding aids admixing resulting in saving manpower, electricity and more stable product quality due to reduction of one ingredient.
3. Increasing cement strength and improving performance of cement: The product can significantly improve the strength of cement, the strength at 3 days can be increased by 20 % or more, and the strength at 28 days increased by 10 % or more. Cement properties of dry shrinkage, freeze-thaw resistance, wear resistance, anti-corrosion ability effectively get better.
4. High-strength cement production: While maintaining blended materials content unchanged, the use of the product can increase a strength grade for cement.
5. Increasing production, improving quality, reducing cost of cement and making green environment-friendly cement: Under circumstances of clinker strength reaching 50 MPa and stably producing common cement of 32.5 class, slag content can be up to 50 to 70 %, the separate addition of cinder, fly ash, coal gangue, and zeolite achieves up to 30 to 40 %, with mixed addition up to 30 ~ 50 %. The product helps extensive use of industrial wastes, conservation of resources and energy, reduction of cement costs and environmental pollution, makes green environment-friendly cement production possible.
IV. Use Method and Notes for Attention:
1. The product of recommended amount is directly added to the mill together with clinker and blended materials.
2. The actual dosage of the product should be adapted to the chemical composition of clinker in a cement plant, the type of blended materials and setting time requested.
3. The batching must be accurate, and the dosage of the setting–controlling accelerator shall be in strict accordance with the established one.
V. Packaging, Transportation and Storage
1. The product is packaged in plastic woven sacks with internal films, and net weight 50 kg.
2. The powder products should be carefully handled to prevent sacks from breakdown and raining.
3. Storing in a dry ventilated warehouse, preventing from moisture.
