HY-V rapid burning aid can substantially increase cement clinker production or quality, reduce energy consumption

 Based on the catalytic dynamics theory of chemical reaction and principle of chemical crystallization, type HY-V highly efficient rapid burning aid, a kind of high-tech products (national invention patent number: 00131802.0) and superior to composite mineralization agent technology and crystal seed technology, can substantially increase cement clinker production or quality, reduce energy consumption of cement burning. The technology, an important technology for restructuring of cement enterprises, energy conservation and pollutant reduction, achieve the goal of improving production and quality, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency without changing the production process and increasing equipment investment.

I.Action Principle

    Type HY-V highly efficient rapid burning aid, containing efficient mineralizing materials and a variety of trace elements (efficient catalytic elements for silicates) can greatly enhance the burnability of raw meal.

    1. Lowering the chemical bond energy of reactive substances and increasing chemical activity, and strengthening the reaction ability between SiO2 and CaO.

     2. Advancing liquid appearance, lowering liquid viscosity, lowering firing temperature and speeding up the formation of silicate minerals.

     3. Promoting early strengthening microcrystal mineral C3S formation, so as to accelerate the formation process of silicate minerals.

     4. Playing a role of promotion and stabilization for C3S, C2S formation.

     5. Causing crystal defects of silicate minerals, crystal growth not to complete, thereby playing an activating role.

     6. By adding the rapid burning aid, the period of clinker burning is shortened, the production and quality of clinker are increased and the burning heat consumption is reduced because of clinker rapid firing at a lower temperature (1200 ~ 1300°C).

II. Addition Method and Dosage

     This product is granular (or powdered) material. During raw material grinding, uniformly introduction of 1.0 to 1.2 % of the rapid burning aid to the raw mill; after the efficient use of the rapid burning aid, no longer using mineralisers or crystal seeds.

III. Use Results

    1. Clinker output per kiln is increased by 15 % or more.

    2. Standard coal consumption is decreased by more than 15 %.

    3. Clinker quality: compressive strength at 3 days ≥ 28 MPa, compressive strength at 28days≥ 50 MPa.
