I. Application and Function

The XGW 630 A circuit breaker is used to protect both transformers and lines. Circuit Breaker is associated with independent protection relays that is self-powered via current sensors or with auxiliary supply protection relays.

II. Structure

All MV function units, such as Switch-disconnector, Circuit-breaker, Fuse-switch combination, Bus Sectionalize, Cable connection and MV Metering module, can be integrated flexibly as customer request. XGW switchgear comprises 1 to 6 integrated functional units within the same metal enclosure.
