NP SERIES PHENOL URETHANE NO-BAKE RESIN  

BRIEF INTRODUCTION

NP series Phenol Urethane No-bake Resin is a kind of 3 parts foundry binder:

Part I: Phenol Formaldehyde Resin

Part II: Polyisocyanate

Part III: Catalyst

a. High production efficiency, quick cutting speed, pouring can be done just one hour after completion of mold making.

b. The ratio of bench life and stripping time is as much as 75%. Convenient for producing.

c. Without S & P elements, less gas evolution, reducing blowhole and surface defect

d. Good collapsibility, reducing crack.

e. Wide application can be used for iron casting and non-ferrous casting.

DIRECTION FOR USE

Addition ratio of Part I/Part II can be adjusted from 40/60 to 60/40, usually 50/50. More Part I, quicker curing speed. Total addition ratio of resin is 1.2-2.0% of sand weight. Catalyst is 1-3% of Part I and usually should be added into Part I beforehand.

CAUTIONS      

a. Products should be kept in cold and dry place without direct sunlight. Seal the drum tightly to avoid water entrance especially for Part II. 

b. A slight stimulation may be caused if this product contacts with skin. Operator should wear safety articles.

c. Handle with care.
