Multi-arc Ion coating machine coat alloy film, combination film and multilayer film on the surface of metal products and nonmetal products TG-1200 multi-arc ion coating machine combined columnar arc source, electrical arc source and monopole pulse negative bias technologies which help to improve the film quality. It can coat alloy film, combination film and multilayer film on the surface of metal products and nonmetal products. It can realize data input, process monitoring and data saving.
It is widely used for coating TiN, TiCN, CrN, TiALN, TiNbu, TiCrN, ZrN, TiNC and DLC film on watch, glasses frame, mobile shell, hardware, sanitary ware, dishware, cutter & mould which require antifriction and extra hard films.
