OPTIMA stands for “OPTIMA family precision air conditioner” products, which is segmented into the following series of unit:OPTIMA-HE: High efficiency OPTIMA unit and can be abbreviated as “OPTHE”OPTIMA-HD: High cooling density OPTIMA unit and can be abbreviated as “OPTHD”OPTIMA-FC: Unit equipped with free cooling system and can be abbreviated as “OPTFC”.

3.Advantages

3.1 High EfficiencyLots of new energy saving technology is integrated in OPTIMA units, the highest EER value is up to 3.2 or higher.

3.2 Diversified typesThere are many types of OPTIMA unit, which can meet almost all of the needs from ICT industry cooling.

3.3 EC fanAll the supply fans are “Caseless type fan” with directly coupled EC motor, which makes the unit high efficiency, small volume, low noise.

3.4 Continuously controlled condensing control system (DX units)

The unit is installed with pressure sensor to measure the high pressure or refrigeration system, which is used for the fan speed control of outdoor unit and maintains the high pressure of refrigeration system within a proper range and keeps the stable operation of the system.

The system makes the unit to be able to startup and work at low temperature ambient, the lowest temperature can be -30 °C or lower.

3.5 High Cooling Density Up to 60kW/m2

3.6 Scroll compressor All the DX units are equipped with famous international brand compressor, which is less vibration and low noise and high efficiency

3.7 Optional remote water cooled condensercan be supplied according to customer requirement to realize more flexible installation and get higher efficiency. This kind of condenser is installed with shell and tube condenser which is easier to service.

3.8 Green refrigerantThe unit is charged with R410c refrigerant, R410a is optional refrigerant, complying with the requirements of environment protection from the society.

3.9 Separate air flow systemThe electric board, regulations and control devices is in separated technical compartment on the unit front, which can be maintained from unit front without stopping the unit.

3.10 Immersed electrode humidifierThe unit is equipped with immersed electrode humidifier with advanced control system which supplies not only more accurate humidity control, but also extend the service interval and life cycle.

3.11 Multi-protectionThe perfect automatic alarm and self-diagnose function completely protect the air conditioner, prevent the unit from fault and extend the lifecycle.

3.12 Optional energy saving working modeThere are two kinds of running mode can be chosen:

Standard running mode with the temperature and humidity controlled in narrower range;

Energy saving mode with the temperature and humidity controlled in a wider range

The 2 running mode can be easily selected on the controller display.

3.13 Precision control

The temperature of the air conditioned plant can be precisely controlled at the range of ±1°C, also the humidity at the range of 5%.

3.14 SwitchboardInstalled in a separate compartment (front access). The construction, components, wiring and marking are performed according to IEC-VDE standards.

3.15 Forced dehumidification systemThe dehumidification is realized by reducing the coil surface or by reducing the air flow, which gets the merits as: Fast dehumidification, saving energy and higher humidity control accuracy .

3.16 Electric heaterIt is stainless steel pipe twisted with fins around the pipe and it works with a reduced superficial temperature eliminating ionization, thus avoiding peculiar smell.

3.17 Water flow regulator valve(only applied to the water cooled unit)The valve can regulate the water flow passing through water cooled condenser according with high pressure signal and then keep the constant condensing pressure and condensing temperature, making the unit running steadily when unit working at low temperature conditions.

3.18 Fresh air systemFresh air inlet connection with an air filter is optional on customer’s request for directly introducing external air by the unit.

3.19 Easy maintenance

Technical compartment recessed from the air flow, housing compressor, humidifier, control and safety devices for ordinary service and preventive maintenance during operation .
