2.Advantages

2.1 Energy Saving and High Efficiency

Energy saving and high efficiency is the core value of DATACOOL products. Selecting high efficiency components and designing special delay control logic to improve working efficiency.Besides there are 2 running modes available, i.e.: standard running mode and energy saving running mode is alternative. The condensing fan speed is controlled to make the high pressure of refrigeration system within a better range, this saves not only the energy consumption of fan running but also the power consumption of refrigeration system.

2.2 Various Air Flow Pattern

There are 3 kinds of air flow patterns (over flow, under flow, displacement flow), so, the customer is easy to design a best air distribution according to the computer room layout.

2.3 Low Noise and Less Dust

Optional parts are properly selected for DATACOOL series, such as insulation and soundproofing material, quieter cover of compressor, rubber shock holders of raised floor with height adjusting. All above methods can make noise reduction to 5~10dB (A).

The G4 air filter used for DATACOOL series is made of synthetic washable fiber. 80% of 5 μ dust and 20% of 1 μ dust will be filtered by it. It can fully meet the requirements of the cleanness of the indoor air.

2.4 Pretty and Compact

Main parts of DATACOOL series, including panels, bases and frameworks are painted in black, which is very close to the color of the racks. In addition, the height and the depth of the unit are similar to the standard racks. It is nice-looking as its design style matches the devices style inside the computer rooms.

Because of its merits, such as compact structure, small floor space, low weight, DATACOOL is easy to be moved and installed, even in narrow space.

2.5 Safety and Reliability

To guarantee high reliability, compressors, fans, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves and other key components are selected from international famous brands, in accordance with major international industrial standards.

2.6 Intelligent Control

All the components such as compressors, fans, heaters, and humidifier are intelligently controlled and protected by microprocessor.
