We mainly make three kinds of pure water equipments, including ion exchanger, reverse osmosis desalter,electrodialyzer, and their combination and other pure water system.We can make special design according to customers' requirements and the pure water equipments made by our company can produce quality pure water.

Ion Exchanging Equipment,producing deionized pure water,mainly consists of two stages of ion exchangers.It has a compact strucure and is easy in operation.The material of the ion exchanging cylinders can be PVC,PMMA,GFRP,steel lined with rubber and steel lined with plastic and other materials.(Any opaque cylinder has a porthole for observation.

One example of the quality of output purewater is: Resistivity ≥200,000Ωcm; Rigidity0.003mg; Chloride(chlorine contained)0.5g/liter;Pressure of inlet water:1.5-2.0mPa;Pressure of outlet water:0.5-0.8mPa.

Reverse Osmosis Equipment employs a latest separated-by-membrane technology developed in 1990s. According to the osmosis principle of the semipermiable membrane,a reverse-osmosis pressure (stronger than osmosis pressure)exerted to the original water will force the contained dissolvant water permiating through RO membranes against the natural osmosis pressure,producing qualified purewater.

Electrodialyzer, is a stable and effective desalter whose desalination ratio is higher than 80%.Generally speaking,the quality of the output purewater produced by the electrodialyzer can meet the requirement of battery factories for use.According to selective permeability of electrodialysis membrane,it makes positive ions and negative ions in the original water gathering respectively to positive membranes and negative membranes under electric-field stress impressed.Desalted water thus forms between positive membranes and negative ones.

If the quality of the purewater produced by the electrodialyzer needs to be further improved,we can adopt a combination of electrodialyzer and ion exchangers to meet the requirement.

The combination of Electrodialyzer&ion-exchangers is an ideal device for battery factories to produce purewater. Economic and stable and easy in operation, with a long purewater-preparation period and thus a long service life,the output of purewater by the combination is great,the quality high and stable and the cost is low(one forth or one fifth of that by ion-exchangers only).
