SF lead-acid waste water purification device is mainly used in the management of batteries, electroplating, machinery and other industrial sectors in the production process of the mixed waste generated. It can effectively remove various heavy metals in waste water ,such as ions, acid, alkali cyanides, sediment, suspended solids and other harmful substances
Process:
At the first, put alkali into the wastewater to neutralize the acid, then the PH value of water can reach 7-8 and lead the state of the ion response, do not dissolve in water to generate the hydroxide of lead, and then add flocculating agent in water
In the "purifier step" ,the mixed reaction,sedimentation, clarification, filtration are working at the same time.
At last it filter variety of hydroxide,oxidation of lead powder, suspended solids and other impurities.
Water after treatment can reach emission standards and can be reused to the workshop.
