Introduction
MSG.B fully automatic table-top pulse vacuum sterilizer is suitable for sterilizing unwrapped, wrapped, dressing, rubber, implanted instrument, porous item (dressing), hollow instrument (high and low speed hand-piece) which can withstand high temperature and pressure in the places including oral department, ophthalmology, operation room and lab.
Technical advantage

4.Built-in vacuum pump with high quality is imported, pulse vacuum 1-6 times and vacuum degree can arrives at -0.09 MPa(-0.9Bar, to ensure effective removal of the air inside dressing, sterilizing bag and dental hand-piece so as to get the optimum steam saturated state.
5.Unique pulse vacuum drying procedure designed can reach -0.09 Mpa(-0.9Bar), the residue moisture shall be less than 0.2%.
6.LCD dynamically displays status, temperature, pressure and time.
7.Perfect fault check system and fault messages are shown on LCD display.
8.The beep will sound once the sterilization cycle completes.
Safety protective device
9.Heater protection: the system will cut off its power supply once the temperature exceeds the desired value and show the alarm information.
10.Anti-dry heating: the system will cut off its power supply once the water level is lower than the heating pipe and show the alarm information.
11.Safety interlock door: electric lock adopted to ensure the sterilizer can begin to work only if the door is closed properly. The door can’t be opened when pressure is in chamber or the power supply is not connected.
12.Over-temperature and over-pressure protection: the system will automatically begin to temperature and pressure decreasing procedure in order to protect items from being damaged when the temperature and pressure in chamber exceed the safety limit.
13.Automatic release safety value: the safety value will begin to release pressure when the pressure in chamber exceeds the desired value.
14.Electric safety protective measure: short circuit and leakage current are designed to protect equipment and personal safety.
