Perforated Mesh
Perforated Mesh refers to the different material plates or coils punched different shape holes, so as to meet different needs.

Application of perforated mesh
As one of the most versatile and popular metal products on the market today, perforated metal is used in a variety of markets including mining, automobile-making, shielding, laundry, medical equipment, culinary, sun-shading, lighting, architectural, industrial, sound abatement, infill panels, ceilings, flooring and more. The plates or coils can be punched in all types of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, galvanized, brass, copper and plastic.
Shape of holes
Round, Square, Rectangle, Triangle, Fish-scale, Diamond, Hexagon, Cross, Obround, Fish-mouth, Pentacle and so on.
Pattern of holes
Round hole: 60 degree staggered pattern is standard. Variations include 45 degree staggered and straight line pattern.
Square hole: Staggered or straight line pattern.
Slotted hole: Side staggered, end staggered, or straight lines. Slotted perforations will be round end slots: specify if square end slots are required.
Other holes: Available upon request.
Spacing of holes
Spacing for large perforations will be designated be either center of perforations, or by the Open Area required. Spacing for small perforations will be designated by either centers, or Open Area, or if more practical, by the number of perforations to the Square Inch.
Margins
Perforated Stock Size Sheet & Plates: The long sides of the sheet will be supplied with minimum margins. The short sides of the sheet will have either minimum margins or no margins.
Sheets & Plates Re-sheared after Perforating: Special margins are available to specifications but they must carry a tolerance within the limits of the perforating tool.
Unfinished end pattern is standard in the industry.
