All the high speed tool steels are refined with electroslag remelting ( ESR ). After improving for more than 30 years, the kinds of the steels are more and more complete, and the quality has reached the international advanced level, which can be compared with Japanese YXM1.There are three types of the steel: ordinary, economic and high performance, with the ordinary high speed steel to be the leading products and the high performance and the powder metallurgy high speed steel to be the focus of the development. We develop new steels according to the needs of customers. The needs of customers and the practical application combined to completely control the quality characteristics such as chemical composition, carbide morphology, surface decarburization and dimensional accuracy. Focusing on the degree of alloy, carbon saturation, component dispersion and purity will ensure the reliability and consistency of the products.
