Applications:

ASP60 is a kind of high performance powder metallurgy high speed steel containing cobalt. That the content of cobalt reaches to10.5% enhances the properties of materials on high temperature proof(such as red hardness and temper resistance), compressive strength and modulus of elasticity. ASP60 contains a large number of very small, very hard and homogeneous distributed carbide. It contains high content of carbon and a large number of carbide forming elements (such as chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, vanadium). The small granular carbide of ASP60 is not conducive to crack, and it increases resistance to wear of the materials.ASP60 is particularly applicable to meet cold work die of high resistance to wear and compressive strength.The typical applicationsof ASP60 include: materials of die-cut and resistance to wear, such as electronic packaging materials. This is a good choice to replace the dehiscence caused by the carbide.
