Detailed Product Description

      Cyclone Separator: After the mixed airflow of gas and liquid enter into vessel from separators tangential direction, it whirls at a fixed speed in the spiral tunnel. Because of  the effect of the centrifugal force, the heavier solid particles and liquid drops gather at the vessel wall, and are driven into the liquid accumulate barrel by the self-gravity and airflow. The gas moves up along the inner barrel and will be excluded from the gas exit. At last, the separating of gas and liquid is finished.

      Cyclone Separator Skid: The cyclone separator is fitted with corresponding pipeline, pressure gage, relief valve to compose skid. It is used for gas and oil testing.

       

The product can be designed and manufactured according to GB150-1998 or ASME standard.
