Detailed Product Description

      Eddy separator is an primary separating equipment which is used to eliminate the solid particles and liquid drops in gas, and it is vertical. There are two stage separation equipment inside. The first stage separation is operated by many air swirl pipes. The particles, impurity and liquid drops separated by centrifugal force will be discharged through the drain outlet. The separated gas rises to the top of the equipment, and be treated by high effective wire mesh demister for the second stage separation, and then flows out from the exit.

     This product is designed advanced, practical and reliable, and has achieved the first level of similar products at home and abroad. It has high separating efficiency, strong operational capability, and runs smoothly. It is installed with liquid meter and liquid meter transmitter which can display accumulative fluid and transmit the signal remotely, and easy to manage. We can also design according to the customers medium condition.

       

The product can be designed and manufactured according to GB150-1998 or ASME standard.
