PVC pipe production line
The production line is very easy to operate. It is advanced in design, good in plasticization, high in output, and low in energy consumption. It works stable and safe. With appropriate mould and auxiliary machines, it can provide pipes ranging from 16mm~630mm.
This production line needs equipments as follow:
SJSZ series conical double-screw extruder, appropriate mould, stainless steel vacuum calibration tank, haul-off machine, automatic cutter, stacker
Some also need the auxiliary machines such as powder charger, mixer, and crusher.
The conical double-screw extruder is equipped with the over-load protection and stoppage alarming system. The screw’s core and the outside of barrel is cooled by circulation of oil, it includes vacuum venting and forced feeding.
It has a ration feeding machine which can ensure the stable extrusion.
The main motor is controlled by FUJI frequency conversion.
The barrel, with cast aluminum heater and air cooling system, can effectively adjust the temperature.
The material of screw and barrel: 38CrMoAlA Nitrided on surface 0.4~0.7; the rigidity is above 700 HV

It is consist of one vacuum pump and two water pumps
Pedrail haul-off machine & cutter:
We have two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws, and eight claws haul-off machines.
We can provide automatic cutter (by knife), Dustfree cutter, and planetary cutter (by saw). According to the material used and the range of the pipe needed, we can provide proper haul-off machine and cutter for customers.
