Continuous Screw Slaker(paper machine):

In the alkali recovery and caustification section, we use green liquor (Na2CO3) to slake lime (CaO), and then get the lime milk and discharge the residue in the lime milk that cant be slaked.
1. Compared with ordinary slaker, the lime is slaked more completely, good for caustification in the next stage.
2. The previous rake structure is replaced by screw structure. Reciprocating motion is replaced by screw motion. The structure is simple and the work efficiency is improved.
