Our High Speed Full Auto Laminator applies for the lamination of glossy cardboard labels and corrugated substrates.

Our High Speed Full Auto Laminator consists of Label Feeder, Label Transmitter, Substrate Feeder, Gluer, Laminator, and Pressing bed.

The label is sent out by the feeder, and then carried by Label Transmitter to the locator, where it meets the glued substrate to be laminated and sent out by two pressing rolls. 

1 Automation Control Systema) Adopt imported low-voltage electrical equipment, touch screen and PLC control systems. A stepping control system offers stable and reliable performance.  b) Speed adjustment by frequency convertor, thus saving energy. c) Automatic indication of normal operation & breakdown signals, and automatic emergency stop.d) Automatic alarming and emergency stop in case of no glue, no label, no substrate, or overlapped labels.     2 Label Transmission The nozzle-type Feeder head, which is similar to overlapping transmission of color printer, feeds paper slowly to ensure stable and reliable transmission.     3 Side Guide Adopt Side Edge Control used in Color printer to pull edge automatically, which is stable and accurate.     4 Front Guide With the coordination of label-baffle and gap adjustment between rollers, this part enables the accurate positioning of labels and is maintenance-free.

    5 Substrate Transmission a) Adopt strong Suction Belt to feed paper. Independent Stepper Motor is adopted to drive Suction Valve ensuring that the air is sucked no matter the valve is open or shut and thus the air-sucking motor is free of high temperature and durable. b) Conveyor Belt: Powerful Torque-and-stepper Motor is used to drive the conveyor belt, which is high speed, accurate, stable and maintenance-free.

6 Roller conveyor

When the main motor halts, a separate motor will drive the glue-pasting roll and glue-amount-controlling roll at a low speed, which can save power. When the main motor starts, it will drive the plastic rolls in synchronization with other rolls. However, the glue-amount-controlling roll remains at a low speed to avoid any glue spilling.   

7 Gap adjustments: The machine adopts chain-double roller for sychro-adjustment, which is time-efficient.     8 Ways of paper conveyor  Labels are fed by overlapping approach; substrate by double roller.Specifications
