*AC Servo Control Lead Edge Feeder featuring Advanced German half-wheel type ensures precision of ±0.5MM, speed of 10000pcs/h, and long service life of feeding wheels. *Frequency conversion motor for air blower can adjust air volume at will to assist feeding process.  *A 360 degree running harmonic type register controlled by microcomputer ensures high precision and speed.

*Die cutting roll is made of high quality chrome-plated steel with wall thickness of 40mm.

*Wallboards are made of high quality HT200 cast iron with the wall thickness of 50mm and made at large-scale machining center.

*Automatic thinning function of soft roller can be used for three to four times thus increasing the service life of die cut blanket.

*Cam type soft roller can be horizontally moved by 40mm to keep wear of die cut cover even.

*Auto compensation of linear velocity can guarantee that die-cutting size for each batch of cartons is consistent.

*U.S. Cue polyurethane soft cutting rubber blankets are easily installed and sustain 12 million times of die cutting.

*Gears are made of 40CR and fine ground at Grade 6, presenting low noise and long service life.

*Spray type lubricating system is simple and efficient.

*Die-cutting roller cylinder type auto separation unit minimizes wear of rubber blanket.
