1 The Function and Feature
The function of the machine is to evenly spray melted micro crystal soft wax and stearic wax to the flooring edges to seal the emission of the formaldehyde from the flooring and to protect the flooring from absorbing the humidity from the air. At the same time the wax sealing beautifies the appearance of the flooring edges also. The temperature in the heating tank is kept constant during the working. The spraying unit can be adjusted while moving so that the spray is even, and the flooring surface is not contaminated. The flooring can be packed immediately after the spraying. The spraying of the wax is not limited to specific type of flooring. The extra sprayed wax can be 100% recovered and recycled with the high efficient separator. The spraying machine can be arranged either one lateral with one longitudinal or one lateral with two longitudinal. Only two or three operators are needed. Variable frequency drive is used to ensure the feeding speed steady and reliable.
