1 THE FUNCTION AND THE FEATURE
The press is designed for the manufacturing of curved multi-layers furniture parts and music instruments with many different types of complicated shapes. High frequency heating is used as the heating method. Compared with the traditional heating with steam and electricity the high frequency heating is characterized in higher heating speed and better quality, especially with thick work pieces. Aiming at the easy operation the operation space is designed to be big. The strength of the machine frame is high. A big variety of shapes can be pressed with this press. The compressing pressure is evenly distributed to the work pieces. With the above mentioned features this press is the idea equipment for the manufacturers of furniture with curved parts.
