Rotech vial washing machine model QCL60 is widely used in pharmaceutical productions.

Design and Manufacturing According to FDA&cGMP Standard

Standard cable length:5 metres (measured from the bottom edge of the control cabinet to the cable entry at the bottom side of    the machine)but according to customer’s request.

Basic construction:

1. The entire exterior of the cleaning area is made of stainless steel (material: AISI 304).

2. Driven by an infinitely variable d.c. motor.

3. Pipes, fittings, connections and diaphragm valves are of the tri-clover clamp design suitable for pharmaceutical use.

4. Machine guard made of transparent polycarbonate, designed as a hood, covering the wet cleaning area, allowing permanent visual monitoring of the machine operation.        

5. machine guard covering the main cleaning stations.

Container in feed:

1. Conveyor belt in feed to supply the containers bulk wise, separately driven by d.c. motor.

2. Sensor for detection of container shortage at the infeed, with function machine stop and automatic resumption of operation.

3. Feed scroll for spacing and transfer of the containers into the in feed wheel.

4. In feed wheel incl. counter guide.

5. Lifting wheel to convey the containers up into the main star wheel, incl. counter guide and size related container supports.

Transport system:

1. Transport system to grip the containers by the neck, and to transport them gently and freely suspended through the machine.

2. Transport grippers, suitable for virtually all container sizes.

Initial cleaning:

1. Ultrasonic equipment made out of stainless steel (material: AISI 304) to detach coarse particles, comprising ultrasonic bath, ultrasonic generator, filling level control. The ultrasonic equipment can be switched on/off on the operating terminal.

2. Recirculation pump for pre-filling of containers from the ultrasonic bath minimising the water consumption.

Main cleaning:

1. The standard version is designed for 3 freely selectable cleaning agents.

2. Continuous internal cleaning of the containers at 6 stations.

3. Needle holder with cleaning needles (ø 1.6 mm) for all cleaning stations.

4. The needle stroke and thus the resulting immersion depth of the needle in the container can be adjusted manually, according to the container being processed. The setting can be read on the position display.
