Use:
The bottles are fed to the intermittent star wheel by a special belt. There are 2 bottles on each indexing position.
The movement of powder sucking disc with two axial gauge chambers is intermittent.
Features:
There are gauge pistons in the chamber. The topper two chambers suck the powder and the powder in the lower two is blown into the bottle.
The dosed bottles are fed into stoppering star wheel 2 bottles each time.
A manipulator picks up 2 stopper and the stoppers are spirally pressed into the bottle necks.
All the parts contact the drug can be removed, cleaned and sterilized easily.
Different kinds of laminar hood can be installed on the top of the machine, thus, the product is protected in a clean state of 100 grades.
