7m (5m) Multi-angle fold-CNC Machine has the following characteristics:
1) Using Hydraulic drive to clamp down and upstairs to clamping the plates. Unique parallelogram hinge mechanism can turning the platform to bending the plate. The max bending angle is 125° (the min work piece angle is 55°), and you neednt using grinder.
2) CNC numerical control system control the behind ward off materials orientation mechanism to achieve the exact orientation.
3) Using pressure compensation and load sensing hydraulic system
4) Using appropriative control software to achieve interactive programming, live job monitoring, production planning control and other functions.
5) You can finish the automatic duty cycle such as orientation, clamp, bending, relax and so on. But you also can do the work manually.
6) This machine collocate fore-and-aft cutting head. It can slit the plate with any width.
Range of application
It can be used for the hemming, various land borders, and bending angle processing of some components from fastigium, cornice, door-way, window and dado and so on in the steel structure building. It also used in the bending processing of the metallic plates in other industries. The bending plate can be a sample.
