Features:
1. The GP-15A is used for welding alloy tools, aiguillette and diamond cutter within 10 cm2 area. For example, when welding 10 cm2 area cutters by 700 to 850 degrees' silver-based solder, we need appropriately 30 to 40 seconds, while by using the 900 to 950 centi-degrees'copper-based solder, we need about 60 to 100 seconds. Through rational design of induction heating ring, welding area can be enlarged to 10 or 20 cm2. But it'll take a relatively longer time. 2. GP15A has 100% duty cycle, which can meet different continuous mass production requirements.
3. GP15A has digital Time-setting Function to heating, soaking and cooling, as well as well as the independent regulation function to heating and soaking power. It will be easier to control on heating progress automatically by heat insulation curve, and then improve production quality.
4. GP15AB is very suitable for small parts heating treatment, such as quenching and annealing steel with below 26 mm diameter, and heating area smaller than 12 cm2 materials
