 Applications:

 The following does brief introduction to various kinds of application in proper order:

1. Preheat Before Metalwork

Induction heating applies to forging and pushing technology extensively, for instance at steel, aluminium alloys, titanium, nickels and other rare metals preheat before processing. Usually the work pieces are all made into the shape of round, square or round angle into the cross-section form. As to steel one, because of high heating speed in induction technology, It makes produced oxidize skin measure most little, thus make the loss of the material reduce to lowest extent.

2. Heat treatment

It can be used in Surface Quenching/Hardening, Through Quenching/Hardening, Tempering and Annealing on the surface of steel, Its major advantage is that it can control the position of heating

* Surface Quenching/Hardening:

It is the commonly used induction method of heat treatment. It can strengthen mechanical intensity of the material and wear-resisting performance

* Through Quenching/Hardening:

The flashing back can make prolong malleability of the steel strengthened and more difficult to be ruptured.

* Tempering:

Braising can resume prolonging malleability of steel, aluminium alloy and other metals.

* Annealing

4. Organic Coating Solidification

Induction heating can be used to solidify organic coating. 5. Metal Sticking
