"Oolong Tea" is the general name of this category-oolong tea.
It's divided into several subvarieties of oolong which growing in different area. For the tea grown in north of Fujian province, it is oolong shuixian, taste mellow and flavor lasts long; for which grown in south of Fujian, it is called tie guan yin, taste elegant. The fermentation of shuixian is deeper than tie guan yin.
