 Fujian Tie Guan Yin •History: It is produced in Fujian Province. According to the old legend, in Qing Dynasty, a very famous monk first began to cultivate the tea and make this special tea. He gave the tea to Buddha called “Guan Yin”, who is a most kind-hearted god in china, so this elegant& holy tea is symbolizing wisdom and harmony. •Gradually, this tea became popular and famous for its high strong •fragrance & rich mellow taste.
