2. Design Characteristics : This series of Iron separator is our company‘s patented product (patent no. ZL 95239746.3). It is made up of rare earth NdFeB as permanent magnetic materials. The magnetic circuit uses computerized simulation, without excitation coil and temperature rise or noise. This product is absolutely safe and normal usage is not energy consuming. The permanent magnet maintains a constant magnetic field, and epoxy resin casting forms a whole magnetic system that will not produce any failures. Small size, light weight, easy installation, effective attraction of iron and long life span are this product’s special features. Method of unloading iron is simple; iron separator is equipped with movable iron unloading scraper. When the attracted Iron is more, manual unloading of iron from the scrapper can be done, which is extremely easy!
