2. Design Characteristics : This product is designed on the basis of RCDB series iron separator. A frame machine, rotatory drum, a belt scrapping plate and an iron discharging belt are added to form an automatic iron discharge magnetic iron separator. Because of our temperature control technology(patent no. ZL96116864.1), that is to increase the number of turns in the coil and decrease the electric current density on condition that the main parameters(IN) of the magnetic properties remain unchanged, which greatly reduces the heat source, effectively regulate the temperature rise in the Iron separator and substantially increases the life span of the Iron separator. It uses cycloid-pin wheel reduction gears instead of oil cooled roller to unload the iron, thus is reliable, convenient in iron discharge and simple in maintenance.
3. Product application: This series of Magnetic iron separators are fully enclosed, this helps make the surface magnetic field spread better, also allow greater magnetic depth; thus suitable for iron separation on belt conveyors with high speed and thicker bed of materials. Easy to attract the magnetic substances of 0.1~35kg from mixed non-magnetic particles. Ideal to be used at coal, mining, steel, chemicals, building materials, electricity and other industries to remove ferromagnetic material from dry coal, coke, limestone, gravel and other loose materials.
