TLTG One-Drum One-Roll Wet Magnetic Separator is widely applied to sorting of various minerals and separating and purifying materials in following aspects because of an extremely high magnetic induction and great magnetic field energy of the magnetic roll (magnetic drum):

Main Functions and Characteristics of the Machine:

(i) It is to sort out grain-size 0.4~8mm magnetic minerals, and on the basis of feasible magnetic separation, it transforms a scattered ore sorting flow into a concentrated one through a combined form, which improves the sorting efficiency and grade greatly.

(ii) It uses permanent magnetic system to maintain working stability and ensure the concentrate grade.

(iii)The single magnetic system is used according to grain sizes of ores, which selects minerals below 8mm and rejects the entry of minerals over 8mm into the magnetic system.

(iv) The entire construction is simple, and the transmission part is externally exposed to achieve quick maintenance and repair during operation.

(v) As it incorporates high-level electrical control technology, operations are quick and straightforward and can improve operating efficiency and in the meantime relieve operator’s labor intensity.

(vi) The sorting bucket of the machine is provided with an adjustable partition board that is made of stainless steel and can effectively ensure machine life and meanwhile avoid the possible impact of rust on mineral grade. The partition board can be adjusted flexibly and fixed quickly, and play an important role in guaranteeing ore grade in production.

 

The entire machine is structurally simple, rigid, and suitable for efficient production in harsh environment. It is easy to operate and repair, dresses ores fully, and brings high-grade concentrate. The machine body has an eccentric cylinder at the upper stage, whose diameter is 400mm, magnetic field strength no less than 7000GS and magnetic system 1200mm long, and a full-magnetic roll at the lower stage, whose diameter is 150mm, magnetic field strength 12000~13000GS, and magnetic system 1000mm long. This design enables the magnetic field to make a gradient separation of 0.4~8mm ores. The cylinder has a high handling capacity, and because of high requirement for separating impurities and mineral crystals in small size cores, drum-like medium separation is used due to its high efficiency and high concentrate grade. The belt roller enables the magnetic system to maintain an operating magnetic field having the strength at 12000GS and above due to full-magnetic circular opposite magnet design, and therefore is able to make an effective scavenging over primary tailings and thus improve the mineral recovery. Motions of the machine are controlled by a dedicated control box, whose power source is a 2.2KW speed-adjustable motor responsible for 400 magnetic drums and a 1.5KW speed-adjustable motor responsible for 150 magnetic rolls. The selected speed-adjustable motors guarantee stable and sustainable operation of mechanical components, and in the meantime enable the operator to control the speed flexibly. Rigorous calculation of transmission ratio ensures an improved handling capacity in a real sense under the premise of guaranteeing the ore grade and achieves an expectation of 5~6 tons per hour on average. Based upon the grades of discharged ores from the discharge port of the machine, they can be divided into concentrates and tailings, which can even be divided into primary concentrates, secondary concentrates and tailings at request.
