JGL series coal fuel indirect heating hot air furnace
Working principle:
JGR series coal fuel indirect hot air furnaces are our self-developed energy conservation and environmental protection approved products, which has reach a leading level in China. When air is heated, smoke and gas go different direction, so there is absolutely no pollution for fresh air. Its heat efficiency can reach as high as 65%-70%, compared with heating cold air by steam, which will save 20%-30% energy. Compact, quick in temperature raising, convenient in installation, small space, reliable in operation, cheaper in price. Compared with 1 ton boiler (equipment and installation charge), its price of 60 thousand kcal/h hot air furnace is half only. It adopted the measure of high resistant, so its life is longer .The temperature of sent hot air will be 300C and have a reliable thermal property. Through testing, the furnaces various technical indexes have in an advanced position in China.
Scope of application;
The furnace is universal cold air heating device. It can equip with various drying equipment. such as rotation flash dryer, spraying dryer, vibrating fluidization dryer. It is wide used in medicine, chemical raw materials, coloring, dry, foodstuff, agricultural products, feedstuff, porcelain, metallurgy and so on.
