JGR Series high-speed centrifugal spray drier
Working principle:
After fresh air is filter and heated, it enters into the hot air distributor which on the top of the drying room. The hot air in spiral form equably enters into the drying room, when the liquid raw material are passed through the centrifugal sprayer on the top of the drying room, it will be sprayed into the extreme slim mist liquid beads, which made the liquid material have enlarged contact area with hot air, then water evaporates quickly. Completing the drying needs only few seconds.
Advantages:
1.Drying speed is very rapid. After liquid material is atomized, the surface of the material will be enlarged greatly. On a high temperature condition, 95%-98% of water can be evaporated instantly .it will take you several seconds to finish drying.
2Adopting parallel flow drying form, which make the hot air and the liquid flow at the same direction, through the temperature of hot air is quite high, when the hot air enters into the drying room and contact with liquid beads, temperature of the room go down suddenly, which wont make the dry materials be overheated, so it is also suitable for heat sensitive material.
