Melt the Tin bronze QSn 6.5~1.0 /red copper and brass. we can also supply other furnaces in different size and technical specifications as per the requirements of the customers to melt other copper alloys.

2.   Working Principle and Main Structure

2.1 Working principle: Electromagnetic induction theory

2.2  The furnace consists of the furnace cover/furnace body/frame/inductor/hydraulic system/electricity operation system, etc.

2.3 Furnace body type: Vertical furnace body

The furnace shell is welded with circle steel plate,  Melting pool consists of the insulating and fire resistant material and firebrick.

2.4  Water cooling type induction device:

2.5  Hydraulic tilting system:

2.6 Water cooling system:supply the water to the inductor/water cooling jacket/3 coils of the 3 phase transformer/2 coils of the reactor. The water flow can be adjusted separately by the valve.

Inlet water pressure :≥(2~3)×105 Pa

Inlet water temperature: ≤35°C

Outlet water temperature: ≥55°C

Measure the water flow regularly, if there is no enough water flowing through the pipe, clear the water scale.

2.7 Cooling water quality;

PH value:7~8.5

Water hardness:≤7mm/L

Suspended material&Dissolved material quantity:≤250mg/L

Suspended material:≤10mg/L . Make sure the water scale do not block the water pipe.

3.  Furnace liner

3.1Build the furnace liner in the local workshop. The furnace liner is supplied by the seller first time.
