The Upward Continuous Casting Machine is capable of producing directly from cathode copper to bright and oxygen-free copper rod, copper tube and flat copper bar. The capacity of the machine in 4 models of 2,000 tons, 3,000tons, 4,000-5,000 tons and 8,000-10,000 tons annually, and the copper rod diameter could be 8mm, 14.4mm, 17mm, 20mm and 25mm. Compared with the black copper rod produced by traditional method from copper ingot, the rod produced by upward continuous casting technology has it advantages of better quality, low production cost, low investment and no pollution.
