Machining procedure,
1. Material cutting (man-hand or Auto-cutting), our inspector will check it.
2. Surface rough milling through Milling machines, our inspector will check it.
3. Surface precise milling by CNC center.
4. Drilling the holes (not thread) and channel and chamfer and so on, our inspector will check it.
5. Threading through High Precise Boring Machine, our inspector will check it.
6. If the plate is round with large thickness, it should be firstly turnning in CNC lathe, our inspector will check it.
7. If there is any finishing requirement, eg. nickel plated, black bright anodized, we will pack it well and send to finishing suppliers.
8. Maybe W-EDM, laser and other machining way are necessary during machining.
