Machining procedure,
1. Material cutting (man-hand or Auto-cutting), our inspector will check it.
2. Surface rough milling through Milling machines, our inspector will check it.
3. CNC turning, we will check this step.
4. roll the
4. welding tha parts, we will inspect this step strictly.
5. Surface precise milling by CNC, our inspector will check it.
6. Drilling the holes (not thread) and channel and chamfer and so on, our inspector will check it.
7. Threading through High Precise Boring Machine, our inspector will check it.
8. Deburr and clean it.
9. If there is any finishing requirement, eg. nickel plated, black bright anodized, we will pack it well and send to finishing suppliers.
10. Maybe W-EDM, laser and other machining way are necessary during machining.
