VC5A4030A 5 axis CNC Machine Center
1.Using crossbeam moving or column moving gantry frame, stable worktable. Smooth fast moving even carrying overweight workpiece, especially for 5-axis high speed processing.

1.Spain FAGOR 8055PLUS-M CNC controller is a high performance high-end system can be up to 7-axis seven linkage system. Almost all high-end systems functions available, make sure the highest precision with the highest speed processing.
2.5-axis processing RTCP function
RTCP function(rotary tool center point) to improve finish processing quality by making sticker direction follow programmed contour path automatically. Don’t need to take the tool length and tool direction into consideration when using RTCP function. After start RTCP function, if change tool directing, controller system will move X/Y/Z axis to keep the sticker and workpiece tip point unchanged automatically.
Using RTCP processing a profile can ensure tool direction is always perpendicular to the tool path.
