VC3016B Hi-speed CNC Gantry Milling Machine

1.The crossbeam moves, and table does not move. The machine still can be smooth and fast moving when carrying overweight workpieces; processing range, widely used in aerospace, automotive and other large precision tooling and parts processing industry;

2.The crossbeam used 2-axis ultra-precision synchronous driving, in providing a steady super power, while ensuring high-speed synchronous movement without deviation.

3.Crossbeam and 2-way bracket adopt advanced high-motion rigid design. Double linear guideways on the crossbeam use vertical distribution and provide a lasting and stable high dynamic accuracy and heavy duty cutting rigidity.

5.High-quality resin sand cast iron, annealing and advanced aging and removal stress.

Carrying workpieces

The machine with 3M*2.2M size ,the bearing capacity is about 10 tons, and should not be overload.

The workpieces have no influence on the machine, the bearing capacity is about 20 tons as long as the workpice can be placed.

Moving speed and processing speed

The speed should not be too fast when carrying big size worpiece, the bigger size of the workpiece, the slower speed.

The speed has no reference to carrying workpiece, the moving speed can get the machine designing speed, especially with high efficiency when processing big and heavy workpiece.

Precision retaining

Uncertain damage of guide and lead screw for uncertain heavy of the worpiece. The stability is not very good.

The moving parts are considered when designing, with high precision and good stability.

Guideline damage

Speed up worktable guide damage if long time processing heavy workpiece.

The moving parts with good stability and littledamage.

Servo movement

Different workpiece with different weight, so it can not be taken account when adjustment. Only can choose one weight reference to adjust servo motor and system. The servo motor and system can not retain stability for workpiece difference.

Payload weight is very important to servo motor and system, so stable and close payload is a important factor in servo motor and system stable using.
