Feature
The solid nozzle screws into the body, which makes maintenance convenient.
The elaborate design for the figuration and dimension of the disc holder and ring makes the valve suddenly surge to 100% lift at low overpressure.
Blowdown can be easily adjusted by revolving the ring only.
Appropriate materials of relative parts and adequate clearance between disc holder and guide make disc lift flexibly.
Sealing and pressed faces of the disc and nozzle are deposited with Stellite. Low leakage and long service life can be acquired by polishing the deposited faces carefully.
Bellows can not only avoid the effect of variable back pressure, but also protect spring and other components from corrosive media.
Unique process method of spring and bellows are tested and checked strictly.
