1 THE FUNCTION AND THE FEATURE
The function of the machine is to cut the floor base panels for flooring into two or three pieces. The machine is equipped with one in-feeding table and one out-feeding table in the front and rear sides of the machine respectively so that the flooring can be fed in, positioned and discharged automatically. All together there are four belt driven saw blades. Variable Frequency Drive is used to ensure the steady and reliable feeding speed. The cutting width is adjustable. Hogger blades are equipped at both the most left and right sides of the shaft to break the side strips into pieces so that they can be collected and discharged by the upper and lower pneumatic transport system.
