1 THE FUNCTION AND THE FEATURE
The function of the saw unit is to cut the floor base panels into strips which are suitable for the grooving. The saw unit features high stability, high working efficiency, high cutting accuracy, low noise level, and easy to be operated etc. Some of the details are as below.
1.1 A heavy duty welded structure is used as the machine bed. The center holes are machined in one step. Therefore the coaxial accuracy of the center holes can be guaranteed.
1.2 The machine bed is a sealed structure with centralized dust transportation arrangement.
1.3 Variable Speed Drive is used for the feeding to ensure the steady feeding.
1.4 The four pairs of rubber feeding rollers are pneumatically controlled with the floating pressure structure. The pressure is adjustable to suit the thickness variation of the flooring. The roller diameters are 130 mm. The height of the upper roller is manually adjustable.
