Milk lactone is one newly developed perfume product in our company. Our company is the only producer in China for it. This product has powerful milk tenacious odor. It is an essential raw material for milk, butter, cream and cheese flavors.
This product can be widely applied in the use of food and drink. It is approved a safe edible perfume by FEMA with the registration No. 3742.

Mixture of 5-and-6-decenoic acids
Quality Standard
Apperarance: Colorless or yellowish liquid.
Fragrance: Powerful milk tenacious odor.
Content: ≥98%(GC)
As: ≤2ppm
Heavy Metal(Pb): ≤10ppm
Storage
This product has not any stabilizing agent. When stored for more than six months, quality should be checked before use. It is stored in cool/dark place avoiding humidity/sunlight.
