working process:


Firstly ,put the raw material into furnace, seal the feed inlet system.

secondly,burn the fuel material(coal,wood,or natural gas ,oil ) in the combustion system .the reactor will slowly heat ,when the temperature reach around 250 degree celsius,it will produce oil gas .

oil gas will be processed by our technology ,then gone to cooling system to cold liquid oil.

the gas which can not liquid under normal pressure ,which will be desinged to back to combustion system to instead the fuel material to burn the reactor which can save energy very much . 

after finishing oil produce ,the temperature of reactor will go down ,in the same time ,carbon black will be discharged automatically.

Lastly,when the temperature fall to 100 degree celsius,worker could open the door of reactor to discharge of steel wire, then can start another batch working

 1,gas recovered from the thermal conversion process can be stored and fed into the gas burner system for the thermal conversion reactor on demand. Propane gas can be used to start the combustion process until the inernally generated gas is sufficient to fuel the TC process. In addition, steam and electricity utilities requirements can be generated on the plant site with the surplus pyrolysisgas and the combining of the light and heavy pyro-oil recovered from the pyrolysis process.

Working Process:

•Put the raw material into the furnace

•Seal the feed inlet then the bottom of the reactor will slowly heat the wastes by coal

•When the temperature reaches the degree of 250 to 280, we will get the crude oil

•The oil steam will be continuous produced until the temperature reaches 300-400°C

•Oil steam will flow through light and heavy components separating device

•Light component will enter the condenser and meanwhile the residues will be discharged automatically in succession

•Liquefied part will be condensed to rubber oil

•The part that cannot be liquefied will be input into heating supply system for burning by way of combustion gas purification system
