Machine Function
1.1 The machine is designed for laminating OCA film or protective film onto high precision ITO or Cover lens.
It is automatically loading OCA film or protective film and adjusting film position. Manual loading ITO or Cover lens. With fixture position ITO or cover lens, press start buttons to work after finishing position.Work table driven to laminating film position. Lamination work will be done under servo motor and cylinderdriven.
1.2 The machine is applicable to lamination OCA film or protective film onto 6" ~ 12" ITO or cover lens.
1.3 The machine can store more than 10 sets different product models, and it is convenient for adjustment.
1.4 The machine has single work stage.
1.5 The machine owns deviation adjustment function. Machine identification for protective film thickness is 0.05mm.
