Kasugamycin hydrochloride is needle crystalline in white color, melting point 206-210°C, decomposing temperature 210°C, soluble in water, insoluble in organic solution, fairly stable in acid and neutral solution, not stable in strong acid and alkaline solution. The industrial product of Kasugamycin is powder substance in light brown color, PH 2.5-4.5. particle size ≥325 mesh, dosage forms are WP 2%, 4% and 6%, AS 2% and TC 55%.
