3.Product maintance
(1).The heat conduction oil in the Equipment jackete should be cleared once a year,when it comes to the clearing,open the jacketed drainage outlet and put off the carbonized oil below.In general,we recommend to buy oil 50 kilograms a year.
(2) add the heat conduction oil to the equipment for the first time until 10mm below the oil tank and set the temperature betwee 70°C to 80°C,stay to exhaust all jacketed internal moisture and the impurity water in the heat conduction oil.
(3).The second adding can be set for 110°C,maintain 5 ~ 10 minutes, completely exhaust all impurity moisture.
(4). And then gradually increase the setting temperature, until to 300 or 280 degrees Celsius (resin working temperature)
(5).Should replace the screen packing of the Distillation column once a year,using high pressure water to clean.
