1.Compasite parts
Reaction pot consists of pot body, pot, mixer, electric heating oil pinch, bearing and gear, shaft seal, overflow tank, etc.
The pot boby and pot cover was connected by sealing flange,there was put hole at the bottom of the pot body. there were agitator pot, pot lid open feed, mixing observation, temperature pressure, steam extraction fractionation, safety and venting process pipe hole in the pot.
The upper welding support installing the gear reducer and motor, the drive shaft drive pot agitator, shaft seal in the pot on top.There were inlet and discharge (steam) temperature, atmospheric steam valves, electrical bar and take over the hole on the Electric heating jacket.
2.scope of application
Petroleum, chemical industry, rubber, pesticides, dyes, medicine, food, used to complete vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation process of pressure vessel such as reactor, reaction kettle, decomposition pan, polymerization kettle.
